In our Outpatient Nutrition Clinic,  our caring and compassionate  dietitians treat patients with a wide  variety of conditions, offering nutrition advice and help for your individual needs.

Weight loss is a concern and a goal for many people. Whether or not you have a medical condition.  You can come to our clinic if you are interested in improving your health and/or losing weight. Our dietitians will sit down with you to help you develop the best plan to meet your health goals and needs.

Diabetes is on the rise in the U.S., yet most cases are preventable with healthy lifestyle changes. Sometimes  diabetes can even be reversed through  a healthy eating plan that is high in nutrients, low in fat and carbohydrates and moderate in calories. The biggest factor for developing diabetes is being overweight. Experts say that losing just 5% to 10% of your total weight can help you lower your blood sugar considerably, and we can help you meet your goals.

Heart disease can be caused by a variety of circumstances, but an increasing number of cases are the result of poor nutrition. At Nutrition Now, we can help you manage or treat your heart disease by looking at your diet to see how it can be changed to best help you with your condition. While working to maintain an ideal weight, key aspects to keep in mind with a heart-healthy diet are decreasing saturated fat intake and reducing sodium levels.

In addition, we also treat patients who have genetic conditions, ALS, Celiac disease, etc.  Celiac disease is becoming more common in the U.S. and is a lifelong inherited autoimmune condition in which eating foods with gluten causes damage to the small intestine and does not allow food to be properly absorbed.

At Nutrition Now, we recognize that the same plan does not work for everyone, so we work with you to determine the best nutrition plan for your individual needs and situation.
